Mr. Abele – along with executives from the Indiana Regional MLS, the Ulster Co. Board of REALTORS® and the Lexington-Bluegrass Assoc. of REALTORS® – all decided to provide new tools to their members including ShowingCart®, mapping, and text messaging.

“We are thrilled to have these MLSs and Associations partner with us to better equip their members,” said ShowingTime President Michael Lane. “We’re pleased to add measurable efficiencies to the appointment scheduling process. Members have access to a ShowingCart, mapping, and improved emails and reports.

“Some also will have access to customizable feedback, which enables sellers to view their own listing activity report; and enhanced notifications, which include 2-way text messaging so agents can confirm, decline or reschedule appointments from their smart phones when they can’t take a call,” he added.
