The new agreements are with MetroMLS (the Multiple Listing Service, Inc.) in Milwaukee, WI, and the Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (CAR) in Springfield, IL. In addition to online scheduling, CAR members will also use the ShowingTime Appointment Center, staffed by 400+ live appointment specialists 24/7/365; and ShowingTime’s Analytics reporting tools, which are also used by MetroMLS.
“Adding online scheduling and the ShowingTime mobile app is a big win for our members,” said MetroMLS Chief Executive Officer Chris Carrillo. “We’re always looking to add technology that complements the cooperation among all MLS participants and subscribers. Using a proven scheduling and feedback solution will combine nicely with the reporting tools we already use from ShowingTime,” he added.
ShowingTime uses patented technology to streamline the appointment scheduling process, resulting in quicker showing confirmations and less phone tag. ShowingTime’s analytic reports give subscribers access to current and historical market information by neighborhood, ZIP code and self-drawn areas, with output derived directly from MLS data.
