Tara McClintock has only been a ShowingTime Appointment Center customer since May 2017.

McClintock, the owner/broker of Weichert Realtors Dream Achievers in Kingsland, Georgia, said she regrets it took her so long to subscribe to the service, which provides appointment specialists who are available 24/7/365 to answer showing calls.

McClintock signed up for the service so she and the six other active agents in her office never miss a showing request.

McClintock said her office’s use of ShowingTime products has improved communication, created happier owners and allowed more openness between agents, buyers and sellers.

“Better seller involvement and communication; they are seeing exactly what is being said about their home, and quickly,” she said. “They can also see the showings they are having (if vacant). [It helps] streamline your time with being able to book showings with other companies in the area that are using it, as well.”
