Mike Caputo leads the product management team to ensure that ShowingTime’s products align with the business needs of the real estate market. A team member since 2007, he began his career as ShowingTime’s first Customer Success Manager, gaining a strong understanding of the roadblocks real estate professionals face, then working with developers to design and implement solutions. Mike is Pragmatic Marketing certified level III, holds multiple registered patents and has been a featured guest speaker for many public forums. Mike has a background in IT and also spent time working in his family’s restaurant. A native to Cleveland, Ohio, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University.
